Our first priority is to teach a solid base of efficient, effective athletic movement. Our methods and focus on prioritizing well-executed movement FIRST produces a solid foundation from which you can then add intensity relative to your experience, strength, and capacity. Intensity is a key ingredient, but it is not the whole meal. There is a lot of truth to the adage ‘You are only as fit as you are strong’. We add to that by stressing that in order be stronger…or as strong as possible…you must first learn how to move well.
